Dude I never played poe1. Im completely new to the genre. My views are not base in and bias at all. Its the pure truth as it currently is.. say what you want and deffend all you want. Not only what the OP wrote is a "hint". I know, I know. Saying everything against criticism about the game makes someone a "PoE2 chill" or "toxic elitist", BUT it takes you one second to look at OP's PoE1 character and you can see it's not the game.
Local "Lightning Damage" for attacks and attack speed on his wands while playing a "caster" besides all the other mistakes...
And then ppl get mad when ppl get mad about "feedback" like this.
Actually, I do want more on this. What "all the other mistakes" do you mean? I'd love to go back and learn PoE1 sometime but learning starts with identifying issues in thought. I'd love constructive critic on how I can improve if you're willing to give it!

You are delusional it is not about skill, its about those who abuse trade exploits, periodic duping exploits and other early exploiting of broken skills. When you have million dps that is not skill. When you push 1 button only that is not skill. When you push 0 buttons and let triggers do the work, that is not skill. Most people playing that able to handle endgame are playing these cookie cutter builds. No skill there either to do that build. Collecting gear no problem you follow a guide and use a million dps build you did not develop. No skill there too. This game is all about exploit early and exploit often and copy other builds. If you hit a hard boss that is impossible to build, you get a carry. No skill there either. The difficulty curve is based on the million dps builds, because GGG doesnt know how to handle this. Adding high mitigation/dps/hps to bosses is boring as hell. Everyone else who wants to play honestly suffers with terrible death penalties and work not being rewarded. The honest gamers get frustrated and quit. Look at the numbers leaving the game. The naysayers are not the majority, they are the ones on copium. GGG is going to lose even more people if they do not start to listen to the majority of people playing.
100% agreed ob skill. POE is not a skill based game at all, dodge roll changed nothing

Same goes for all of you. Let people say what they have to say and stop being petty children. Go to a thread you relate to like everyone else does. Stop sniping other threads like pets children.

I have no problem with criticism or feedback if it's based on something solid. But many players (including OP) critize the game while the problem is their build or the way how they play. The game is too punishing only to people who don't know how to play it properly. But insteady of learning and inproving they come here and complain.

Because I know from my own experience that those "issues" can be overcame if a player improves their build or change their approach. Yes there are real issues which need to be adressed but on death penalties aren't one of these. It's like arguing that rules of chess need to be chnged because I can't win against any experienced chess player.

Not everyone is willing to put in the amount of time needed. Im running t16 with top tier, 1 shot multi div build i made myself and I still see serious problems. Improving build does not make game fun. Serious changes need to be made. What ggg decide to do and who they cater to is up to them but don't discredit anyone as all views are valid. And im have beat the entire game and still find myself spending most time helping in campaign. Not a skill issue there is a serious enjoyment problem than makes the experience a full pump and dump for most people.
Please let people say what they want to say and let ggg decide if they want to adapt or not. I fully understand that everyone doesn't share the same view as me, you don't see me stalking those threads attacking them because I don't agree.

In PoE 2, almost everyone can find the reason to not play it. It's too punishing for those who wants relaxing gameplay and not challenging for those who is looking for the challenges. It's phase with meaningful combat is too short for those who like it and too long who those who wants to zoom-zoom. And there is no way to fix it by just polishing and adding content, without completely changing direction of the game. Because if you make it better for one group of players, it will be worse for another one.
