POE 2 Lost skill points

From what I've seen so far, no one is actually losing passives, but it does seem like the respec menu won't let you remove an old node path dependency while establishing a replacement in the same respec. If you create a new node path to your target, and hit apply, and then open the menu again you should be able remove the old path without a problem.

This is not the case for me. I was going crazy so I refunded all my points. And I have 108 passive and 24 weaponset. But im level 85 so I should have 85 + 24 points which is 109.
