POE 2 Lost skill points

lost atlas skill point
i just gain 2 point and i refund 2 point then i add 2 other point and count = 0 :(
deconection/reco and no ajust
points should be on save so a reload game should resolve the pb

Edit: i reconnect after a day and found an atlas book again dunno how much time need to "recalculate points" but happy to have this recheck

I got two atlas points but before I used them I refunded an atlas point on the tree. This gave me 1 atlas point back but erased the two I had yet to use.

Just lost 2 skill points.

I just lost 4 points. The quarterstaff tree, I finished quite sometime ago and seeing 4 spots missing from it, which greatly impacted my lightening frost build.

Lost 3 points on ShockyPanda. Relogging didn't help. I tried respecing back to where I was and refunding it again, but couldn't reach my previous node I had due to the missing points and it didn't help anything after refunding what I could reach.



I refunded the points from the start to the Relentless Vindicator passive, taking the left side path at the start with the attribute nodes. I refunded 9 points back from Relentless Vindicator to the first attribute node to the left of Raw Power. I then put in the three Spell Damage nodes under Raw Power to reconnect the line back to the start, then refunded the 3 attribute nodes I had previously connected to the start left of the Spell Damage line. Those 3 attribute nodes didn't return the skill points after I refunded them. They just vanished.

Same problem with losing points after refund.

Same issue, lost 2 while jiggling skill tree at some point in past. Was switching a lot between attribute nodes if that makes a difference.
