POE 2 Lost skill points

Id also love to get my Skill point on my Infernalist Witch back, wanted to try if 1% more max fire resist would help my loop on BI. Removed points from anti-freeze with Energy Shield which was exactly 4 points. Put points on other area, seen it dont work. Wanna remove points again and only get 3 back. Now 1 point short and gotta reorganize my whole damn character because it bricks it if i dont avoid freezes. GG

Lost at least 6 skill points that I can tell while respeccing. Refunded skills but did not confirm. Applied new skills to path and confirmed. Some stayed, some had broken paths with and end node applied but missing ones before it. Exited, came back and several points lost. Any way to roll the changes back?

I lost 13 points and cant refund any more.i tried refunding atribute skill pints after that i can refund other skills but when i come back to tree still nothing happening.atlas tree have same issue.i have some unic jewels that can not be removed from tree

Lost two point while refunding the line look orange but I dont have the skills point nor the skill

I had same issue but it'll resolve if you just refund point at a different location
