I'd mistakenly typed the same number twice, fixed that post now.

As someone else pointed out, at level 1 you have 0 skill points. At level 85, you would have 84 skill points from leveling.

same issue with me as well and missing 3 passive points. level 92 with all weapon set points collected and I only have 112 points available to be allocated.

I lost 6 passive points after the most recent hotfix/update from yesterday. I didn’t even respecced at all I just noticed alot of my passives (yellow) points are gone from my nodes. This is a gamebreaking bug that needs to be fixed asap.

I just lost 3 points. Needs to be fixed.

deleted, i thought i had lost points but i didn't.

i unspecced 4 points i unknowingly had allocated in weapon tree 1. The fix was just to unspec some points in weapon tree 2 which i wasn't using.

Can agree, i lost 1 point
Respected my tree, wasnt happy with the changes and changed everything back, now 1 node is missing

Guys I have had this happen to me at least 5 times now. Here is the deal:

1. First of all, your points are <level - 1> + <Weapon passive pt count>

2. When you have this happen, exit the screen then go back in to the refund screen. Take note that a few nodes will be jacked up or not what you chose.

I have counted my points one by one every single node each time I "lost them".
Your points aren't lost, the respeccing tree algorithm gets some points confused that you are leaving from and builds a path tree from your previous setup which you were trying to back out.

Every time I thought I lost points, those points had been re-allocated within an old location or used to reach an old point from their own path they chose for me for some reason.

A couple of times, I was actually visually able to skip nodes altogether and land on unreachable nodes (visually). When I backed out and back in again, the point I was at was then broken.

In any case, if you really feel you have been shorted, count your nodes 1 by 1 and then do the math above.

This just happened to me. I needed 3 points to take the Pliable Flesh wheel, I specced out of 3 points (Curse Activation speed and effect, Mana Regeneration and Ether Flow) and after I hit apply I only had 2 passive points.

This seems to be fixed. I went back to hooded one and some of the nodes that I'd unselected before were now selected again and I was able to get them refunded.
