A few mana nodes won't kill your character's effectiveness.
I would say this is an excellent leveling item as far as that goes and the linkage of skills makes it a rather solid item for testing. 1337 21gn17ur3

Yeah, insteaad of constantly chromatic'ing your chest to test new Gems when they get released on patch day. You'd just need Tabula Rasa in Stash. It literally is a "Blank Slate", for testing... :)
As for Astramentis, I think that is best Ammy in game, no reason not to use Astra on almost all builds except CI.. EA IGN: We_Have_Monk_at_Home

I don't get that staff. Say you build a perfect build around it, and then you swap it for a Marohi. Would the Marohi do more dps in just about every way? The staff's base damage is abysmal!
