Lag Spikes Every 2-5 Seconds

I am having lag spikes on Singapore server. Normally I have stable connection between 70ms and now having lag spikes 1kms every 2 second. I have checked my network and other games all seem fine only on POE. Please check

same here. playing from Israel. had zero problems. woke up this morning and latency is going crazy. start at 60 jump to 200 then 120 and then 400 ... and so on ... unplayble. plz fix it.

Today I have one horrible lag spikes, every so often or it goes up to almost 1000ms or it just loses connection and stays stuck for several minutes until everything comes back quickly; or it just disconnects. WTF is this? Texas US realm.

Lag spikes from 11ms to 200m every 2-5 seconds since the beggining of the league, but it seems to be worse after the last patch.
