Lag Spikes Every 2-5 Seconds

Hey Guys,
Since todays patch I have a serious connection problem with all european gameservers. My ping spikes from around 30ms to like 300-500ms every couple of seconds. Is is my ISP? Or is this a known problem with the patch? Following is the Win MTR of the Oriath Endgame-Instance on Amsterdam, but all other EU-Servers look the same. Same here, constant lag spikes on every EU server. It might actually be a server issue rather than something with the patch now that I think about it.

Same for me... perma Lag spikes and rubberbanding since patch.

Same problem here, no connection problems to anything else.
Tried Frankfurt and Amsterdam and i get spikes every 1-2 seconds. |

Given the timezone GGG operates from...
I have a feeling we can expect this to be going for a while. Sitting in HO spamming alts for 4 hours straight is peak PoE gameplay. Thanks, Chris.

Same for me, even in town i got latency ping pong every few seconds

Same problem for me, tried Paris, Frankfurt, London, Milan, all have the same issue. Just the max latency varies, for example on one destination the ping jumps from 40 to 900 on another one from 30 to 500. |

I've been repeatedly posting on these forums for GGG to finally change their server providers, probably since Blight league, but I guess they have a crappy contract where premature termination would cost them more than our angry posts.
600ms pings, 20% packet loss on average. This screams quality service. WinMTR also shows it's the server provider.
