" Hyrri's Demise comes with flat fire and lightning on top proccing taming allowing for the lovely 60% inc ele on top of it, for clear is a nicer quiver, you could go Voidfletcher if you want, but there's already voidfletcher builds out there and I found mine nicer I make odd builds and sometimes write guides.

Update:
3.7 Ice Shot / Frost Bomb Test: (Standard) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_5EpMgJ6lwI& At this point getting the +1 chain Hyrri's a boss killing belt (essence crafted Stygian makes the most sense for the 5% pen and abyssal slot), the last jewel socket on the tree and the next Hatred Watcher's Eye the damage becomes ridiculous but that is major min-maxing I make odd builds and sometimes write guides.

How reliable is Increased Damage on Full Life? As in, how reliable will you be on full life in boss fights? It's a powerful gem no doubt, but I feel only for like... Slayer.
