EU Latency/Connectivity Issues [Deutsche Telekom/1&1]

Similar problem on the Amsterdam gateway, at least since Betrayal.

Recurring lag spikes just always, not exclusive to combat. I also changed my ISP from DoKom21 to Deutsche Telekom without improvement.

The game has become unplayable in recent weeks. It's only in the morning hours that there are less lag spikes. I experience different lag situations when I leave an instance and rejoin later. This has only been an issue since the Legion update, but I have to admit I haven't played the previous expansion a lot. But the situation was clearly different in Betrayal.
Since PoE is a reaction based game (at least in some circumstances) the game is unplayable with lags above 120 ms or whole screen freezes.
Please fix this issue.

For a while (15th to 22nd of July) the game was playable again. Right now you can play in the morning till about 4pm (european time) - after that the lag issues become more and more a problem and in the evening you simply can't play the game anymore. This is really tiring (dying to lag, loosing maps etc) and it all started with Betrayal. Before that league all was perfect and no issues at all.

I love the game but this is really annoying to no end....

You play everything normal. Then bam 1k ping you dc nice servers. Other online games have no issue.

no but you get 4 new releases every year no matter what. You should be happy for that. :)

Everything was fine, to this day. By checking the server list, I can not even see what the ping is. I see only ???
Of course, I log into the city, but I'm not able to go to another location, because the game has already lost connection with the server and is hanging ....

Yes that rocks and provides constant fun.....if only i could play them with no heavy lag :)
