Well, maybe there a many legit points to critizise in this game right now, but how hard this game is developed and changed the last two years alone?

The biggest error was, imo, to give all the item and ascendancy power (plus giving higher access to top tier items via droprate) without balance the game parallel to it/creating more endgame content simultaneously. Thats frustrating for some ppl and drove them away.
Dunno if 2.4 is enough to counteract this.

It is imo.

Im a friend of Zenos, been one of his POE friends for a long ass time, before he was popular and its pretty much people like this that drive away others. Actually kind of sad because he has real passion for the game and really goes out to ask the kind of questions that need to be asked concerning power creep. You may not like the way he does it but its something that needs to be done, you cant be passive or the game will never change for the better.

Toxic community got to him regardless of him trying his best to ignore it and deal with it. Now he doesnt even want to touch the game right now or deal with anything POE related from what ive heard.

That comment towards ziggy is completely unwarranted as well and just goes to show how fucking negative and cancerous some of the posters here are.

But overall it's sad that State Of Exile has ended, I really liked the dev interviews.
