Al Dhih seems kind of dumb. The 15% Life Leech is awesome.. but the Chance to Flee is contradictory with the Stun Threshold Reduction and the just weapon in general. Let's make it so that enemies move away from the player using a short range melee weapon which needs to hit for the Life Gain and Life Leech to work.. Bad idea, for a low level item imo.

I suppose it works as the offhand even though you're basically wasting the Stun Threshold mod if you attack with the main hand.

Storm Cloud just feels like a really bad version of Quill Rain...am I missing something here?

So the lifeleech only works on the claw itself? Then it's totally useless..

No.. if that were true it would say 'with this Weapon' just like the Stun Threshold mod

it has godly ligthning dmg on it u cant get that from normal item till ilvl 51 and its a longbow u can use it from lv10 to end game and it gonna be common as fck perfect for leveling item.

you can have 109% ele weapon damage in the templar tree by lv 28

add 2 of these and its GG
