Why do you think every single unique should be used at end game? This bow has so many uses, but being used by level 80+ isn't one of them.
i'm trying to think of how that bow can be used, but i just can't...

don't most normal bow attacks do damage based on physical damage or a conversion of physical damage? it seems like it would be terrible for most skills.

No no you misunderstood. I'm perfectly fine with it being low level. I was just going off of Ceykey's comment of it being viable endgame.

I did, I apologize!
That bow will probably have a few builds centered around it. Only requiring 40 dex but getting 1.8 APS which normally requires 179 or 212 dex is pretty good.

It goes without saying I agree.

The chance of Tipua or now Storm Cloud dropping in a race is part of why I so happily race.

There was some talk of introducing an 'upgrade unique' recipe (as you could do in D2LoD), but I think that'd easily break the game, moreso here than D2.
If I like a game, it'll either be amazing later or awful forever. There's no in-between.

I was excited when I saw that amulet, but then as I looked at my own with +31 to all attributes and similar increases to mana/mana regen I just kinda sighed. The reduced requirements would be handy for my build (summoner doesn't want dexterity for haste aura) but I'd rather stick to a +all attributes amulet for a slew of other increases that come with increase attributes.

Here is the problem... they make the game so incredible unforgiving in terms of the amount of damage that you are going to NEED to be able to tank. And then... they release uniques like this.

On the one hand, they say, "GET TANKY OR ELSE"

on the other

"Here some uniques that are super quirky and don't aide in durability whatsoever"

If these truly are to be considered "racing uniques" then why are they flooding non-race RNG drops with this crap?! Right now for my LowLife build I pretty much NEED a Shavronne's Wrappings because of the way that they pack every inch of every other map with chaos snakes. But now I have to content with all these other "racing" uniques all in the RNG. THANKS!!!
