I wish they'd add my suggestion to colour-code local and global mods so we know whether they work with other items or not.

The leech will apply for both weapons. The stun threshold reduction will not.

I quite like the Flavour Text on Atziri's Foible.
I like the item in general, really. Not the most interesting one, but I have multiple builds I would have loved throwing it on to solve early mana/attribute problems.
The others are kind of meh.
The bow is interesting as a gimmick and the claw is just meh.

Storm Cloud on the wiki. Yes it really is (36-50%) increased Attack Speed, an odd number I agree.

On that note.. time for bed. If someone can link the bow, I'll post in the OP in about 5 hours when I wake up for work.
