Not really. It depends. But, generally - yes. Global leech and +1% base crit is just too OP to pass by.

Scion will make the crit cap easier and make it so my cheaper 5-link is almost like the 6-link that i cant afford due to leech, but will need eleron stuff and better ES gear.

Trickster will give me energy shield to make gearing easier and free cyclone will let me dodge getting eleron stuff but I cannot afford a 6 link and would need to think about where i get the leech from.

I'm not knowledgeable about the price of things and about the finer details of this build... so please let me know what you think would work better on a 200 chaos budget. (Also, I typically never play a build after the league ends, so no chance of me ever going mega high end with it in standard if that makes any difference.)

Doing CI Trickster and the stun is more of a hassle than chaos damage. Going to have to farm for the stun avoidance or dodge. Hybrid seems like it'd be a bigger headache though unless I'm misunderstanding.
