I am using Barrage - Ele dmg - PPAD - Slower Proj - Physical to Lightining

It works pretty well, but I'm not entirely sold on "PPAD" yet...

I don't have any problems doing maps but it's so hard for me to kill bosses, i don't do enough damage i think. Any recommendations? should i use barrage for bosses?

Been playing this guide and enjoying it, level 88 currently. I've got 2 questions though (apologies if they've been answered elsewhere in this thread, but I didn't feel like searching through 900+ pages).

1) Is what I'm currently running viable for late endgame? (i.e. harder t15s, guardians, shaper, uber atziri) I've been having some difficulty progressing in the higher tier maps (most notably core/warbands maps), and am wondering if I'm doing something wrong.

2) For Atziri's mirror phase, I swap tornado shot with puncture, but I'm wondering if it should have different support gems, because it doesn't seem as effective (I am running the Raider TS build, guide #1 in the original post).

As far as gear goes, I could definitely benefit from overcapping my resists, cause ele weakness has fucked me a couple times, but mostly I'm wondering if I shouldn't be using Death's Opus anymore (I feel somewhat attached to it because it was the first item I've ever 6 linked and it only took 27 fusings lol). I've been looking at Doomfletch but don't have the currency to buy one atm and I doubt I could swap my 6L Opus for a 6L Doomfletch's Prism, and I don't think I have enough chaos to make up the difference.

Also been having to run 2 life flasks, would that change upon getting an atziri's promise? (also don't know which flasks are considered better in terms of eternal vs. divine, and which of panicked, bubbling, and seething is considered the best).

Hi everyone. Ive been following the guide to the letter so far, but ive read that the skill tree is outdated.

Can someone point me in the right direction towards the best/newest skill tree?

Short answer: Opus is shaperviable, your gear isnt, doomfletch prism scales higher in soloplay but is very hyped atm.

Congrats for your 6l, Im not anywhere close to it at the moment. The roll on the bow looks good too. But please change some gem links.

-Faster proj is essentially -1link
-PPAD is questionable. Slower proj, added cold/lightning or ice bite should be better. Isn't ice bite pretty Op for raiders? Path of Building is a great tool for that.


-get a signalfire for the equivalent of an extra link.

-get a couple of unique flasks. Dying Sun if you got some currency. You can look up wise oak balancing and use it to great effect as well. Atziriflask is a cheap alternative.

For life flasks idk...With two life flasks: seething divine and catalysed/panicked eternal maybe? With 1 only the eternal cause VP should hsndle the instant recovery anyway?!

You can do something useful with your bodyarmourslot as well. There are plenty of good choices. And with not using barrage you overgo a big strength of death opus.

Has anyone done Atziri with the TS build?

I just gave it a go, got about 23k TS DPS, 4k HP, 65% Evasion, and still didn't do enough dmg to hardly dent the damn thing.

got 3 questions for the experts:

1. why do we not use tornado shot on atziri? what skill to use to kill her? i don't understand why TS is not good for her.

2. Slower projectile support. why is this better? it has decreased projectile speed. is PPAD better than Slower projectile? can someone clarify this.

3. can we farm uber lab on build #1? what are the things to consider before farming the uber lab?

Path of Building says I should replace all the skill gems with the ones in the picture. Am I doing something wrong here?
