My phys damage was just not doing it for me. So I tried switching to Signal Fire quiver and respecced into Lava Lash (fire resistance penetration) and Forces of nature (elemental resistance penetration) nodes, and adjusted a few gems.

Massive difference!

Thinking of trying to change ascendancy from Raider to Pathfinder to take the additional elemental resistance penetration.

Hi, this is a great and detailed guide and I'm not sure if this was already mentioned before, but under Ice Shot and Split Arrow, you have LA listed under the Recommended Links, was that a typo?

Also, is this still viable and if not what would you recommend for links? I'm currently using a TS + Frenzy Deadeye.

Well in 2.6 it will still be the current system. I will probably publish the Raider build that I used earlier in the thread. 3.0 may not need that many updates since I imagine the campaign changes but maps stay the same.

This has been the poison raider setup I've been using as a tester for the upcoming Legacy league. It has been very effective and I would say that Raider is miles above Deadeye at this point. Being able to have free frenzy charge generation without needing Bloodrage is a major boon when you have to run Vaal Pact to leech to survive the Breach content. This setup killed Twinned T15 Abyss the other day.

This is Neversink's build with a couple tweaks to pick up the pierce nodes and Vaal Pact

Bandits are Oak, Kraityn, Alira

The sixth link is Added Chaos

With charges up my tootip is only 33k with 80% Crit and 477% Crit Multi without the final two ascendancy points but poison puts in major work and will still be viable for Legacy League. This gear is far from GG as well so there is plenty of headroom if you go for high rolled phys damage on the jewelry and craft chaos damage on them as well. If I was to put a price on my current setup it would be around 6ex. The six link was 3ex and 15-20 chaos spammed on it to get the current stats and is the lions share of the cost. A five link will be considerably cheaper.

Give this variation a go if you like to zoom around maps with a strong build blasting 7 arrows all the time.

Could you post your tree too? I'm about try convertion for my guy and your setups has same colors as my current. I can use poison without anything that directly bossts it, besides support gems? I have just physical damage, projectile damage and crit chance+. multi. plus pinch of WED on belt and quiver.
