Make Leveling from 96 to 100 more meaningful-Add some small additional reward/motivation

Maybe there are plans for this I'm not aware of, and apologies if I missed something in game, but considering it takes 10 times or however much longer it is to get from 95-100 as it did from 1 to 94... the base hp/mana gain for these last few levels should be scaled up greatly.
Consider please that maybe you could just add a flat 2% increased mana/life/global defense per level 96-100. Doesn't need to be game breaking or overpowering, but throw a psychological carrot to motivate players for the slog? No rational player casual or hardcore wants to do 10 times the work for the same reward (nominal hp/mana gain +1 passive point). That isn't fun or satisfying. I believe the reward for this should be increased number of passive points, starting at 95. Something like 2 for 95, 3 for 96, 4 for 97, 5 for 98, 6 for 99 + 1 ascendancy point, and 7 for 100 with 1 ascendancy point Zuletzt bearbeitet von Hendel#1528 um 24.02.2026, 23:11:08

I would rather the reward being some achievement or mtx rather than stats. The whole point of it being so hard is that it isn't mandatory or necessary

Those last few levels are purely ladder/prestige thing so having no extra rewards is intended experience

+1 but generally there aren't motivations in game except in Story campaign. Endgame is boring procedure to raise levels with no rewards. A big bravo to Devs. The best game with no motivations above level 95.

How about 1% movespeed gain per level from 96 to 100... again not game breaking, but it's worth more than being able to say 'I'm so addicted I compulsively leveled all the way from 95 to 100 for no additional benefit over going from level 1 to 5.'

Good idea but I don't think the rewards should involve any character stats in anyway.
Something purely cosmetic and/or "prestigious" might be cool though. I'm imagining something simple like league-themed badges which display character level. Maybe for each level past 95 it looks "cooler" than the base league-model everyone else has. Each league could have their own flavour or badge designs/themes. They could appear next to a character's name in the chat feed (similarly to how they do for achievements in poe1) and it could include your badge on the character sheet. Maybe you could only get them in leagues too, so after 0.4 in standard you might have a level 100 character with a level 95 Fate of the Vaal badge because they did their last 5 levels in standard. No badges in chat in standard lol. Who am I to say anything, I don't respect my time either.
