Moment of Vulnerability skill fix - no?
People asking about it for a week or so. Its lasts for 0.3-0.5 seconds instead of full time originate target immobilasation said in description. Just feels like a waste of 2x Ascendancy points. Blue/rare Vaal Chests on maps on Vaal Beacons drops hilarious amount of gold and nocurrency items - no exalts/chaoses/gemcutters etc - what was the entire point of adding them?
