Warlord Berserker is not working with Players or Minions

Still bugged with eternal rage. I don't get increased dps for my minions

it works like other people in here said - only when you gain rage.
works with the rage you get when you get hit(by enemies) and with the rage you get when you hit.
at max rage, you can't gain more rage so minions get nothing.

rage regen is not considered rage gained; if it's a bug ... i don't know, they might've purposely made it that annoying.
also, any rage regen prevents minions from getting rage via warlord berserker when you gain rage.
