Lightning Warp + Ball Lightning not working smoothly in 0.4.0

Please fix this GGG. I consider this new ability as bug, since it interferes with current abilities (and i believe this interaction is unintentional)

+1 bump. I was also seeing that I couldn't warp to ball lightnings cast by a totem, but now I wonder if it's this. Could be both ofc.

It still sucks and they should fix it, but I found that changing Input > Cursor Tracking to "With held input" made it significantly more usable.
I would love it if the fix was something like "will only target ball lightning when 'attack without moving' is used", or something that gave us an option for that.
The issue seems to be because non-cullable targets are targetable to apply a debuff. The lightning warp debuff seems rather redundant, auto-warping within a base 4 seconds if a target is cullable while the debuff exists on them.

Auto-warping feels awful, rather have full control when I chose to preform the warp and not suddenly snap into a death 4+ seconds after failing to warp to Ball Lightning because the debuff was on a cullable enemy that's now next to a detonating corpse/trap/curse/drain aoe.

Please fix GGG
