Lightning Warp + Ball Lightning not working smoothly in 0.4.0

Obligatory bump, thanks for chiming in folks.

I'm a masochist and still trying to make it work. I have been more or less successful. I expect to pay the tithe in frustrating deaths.

And.. I just had my most frustrating death this league trying to get out of a cornered spot in Sekhema's time trial >< argh. Time to take a break.
This issue has been present in since early days in lesser scale. But GGG has ignored all reports. If you search you can find it happen as early as Feb. I ran this build heavily in 0.3 and it was already happening albeit only on certain bosses. Now that it is happening on every mob, the skill is essentially dead.
With a priority system better, this can be fixed. I'm only replying cause I like the debuff, but I do wish it would also prioritize enemies that don't currently already have it if they're so close to each other.

I don't like it, it's useless because it doesn't work in ENDGAME. The monster's health is too low.

There was exactly one moment in Atziri's Temple where I thought, "huh, I want to warp into mobs, why not mark one with the debuff and Arc 'em?"

... then my Arc crits, mob is dead, no Warp happens, mobs on top of me ...

Every other time the debuff fired it was either a boss or an accidental target I didn't want, more than once dropping me in a fire/lightning/cold pool.

but yeah I'm still playing this, heh. TBH it's still pretty strong if you can set up a cascade of warps.
Perhaps better if the debuff guarantees a warp to the enemy's location even if the enemy dies before going into culling range.

Mobility spells are sensitive. Wonder how many deaths have been a postponed, accidental warp into an explosion? It's definitely not zero..

I completely agree, that's the problem
As expected, it's not scaling great into endgame, and maybe I'll end this league early.

Rituals and Simulacrum are a PITA. I have a ton of upgrades that will again improve the situation, but it's very frustrating when I need to warp to reposition and I can't... unsure if I have the patience for it.
I lost a hcssf char cos of this new shitty lightning warp. Great work GGG this time you really ruined my fun..
Yikes.. there is definitely no way I would play this build in HC as it stands. Getting gibbed is probably a mercy.

unless... a gameplay fix comes in...

Glad to see many great changes in 0.4.0c. No doubt GGG is very busy. Shame my Atziri's temple _just_ got demolished, but oh well.

I haven't given up hope on LW usability fixes yet.

Sadly I can only play until end of December, so it may be too late for me.
