[3.28] Tiger King - Dominating Blow of Inspiring - Farrul Bloodline Guardian

Personally I'll starting minion DomBlow build, but I'll keep track of this build discussion for sure. Seems really strong.

And respeccing later isn't even a big deal.

I wonder if the new Hallowing Flame support / Ascendancy works with this build? I'm sure someone will test it, and hopefully report back :D
