Dear Path of Exile 2 Development Team,
Path of Exile 2 brings me joy that no other game can replace! However, the recent changes have greatly reduced the size of the Atlas maps, and the edges of the activity areas are almost neatly trimmed, which is not good. Essentially, it is a simulated terrain sandbox (including sets of different types like forests, deserts, etc.), where game characters embark on adventures. However, making this obvious to the players is detrimental—it instantly breaks the game's immersion. The smaller activity range and the neatly trimmed edges constantly remind players that this is a simulated sandbox, not a fantasy adventure. Path of Exile 2 originally had many excellent designs. I understand that you might have abandoned good ideas to cater to market demands, but please imagine: each adventure in the arena now lasts only about two minutes, like watching a football game where the broadcast signal is always interrupted. Now, I have to open new maps more frequently, and the game ends abruptly before I can fully enjoy it, moving me to the next one. The campaign section is well-designed, but it should not be just a burden players have to endure before entering the Atlas, nor should it be something that needs to be repeated every season. It should be an integral part of the game. Perhaps some Atlas zones could be incorporated into the six-chapter campaign content, allowing for a gradual transition in the game's natural scenery - for example, as elevation increases, vegetation becomes sparser (from forests to tundras), and snow begins to fall on high mountains. I still remember the excellent map designs in versions 0.1 and 0.2, and I look forward to further improvements to the Tower's functionality. I also hope for the addition of two game modes for players to choose from. One mode should retain more of Path of Exile 2's original design and difficulty, emphasizing the management of limited resources rather than having top-tier equipment everywhere. the forbidden technology of the 'everybody else ever, everywhere, just not PoE2' because GGG be like "yuck swords uuuh cringe AF" its been so long even I am over my hate phase and its almost not funny anymore just lame, I no longer wish for the simplest RPG thing since start- sword. I will do xbow again, whole-screen-explosions MLRS or druid ?? you mean I can morph to a bear ? and could the bear have a sword ? OFC THE BEAR NEEDS A SWORD ! STFU |

Maybe Shift the "Season Schedule" so you dont have to drop a new season on your holiday?? That might work better so you can actually stick to your promises? Idk anything about scheduling though... P.S. Rue is a Cat |
