A band-aid solution, mapping itself, is too much of a slugfest. I appreciate this change for 0.3.1, but I hope 0.4 reworks mapping or it's removed entirely. Mapping is just an entire piece of content ignored by the majority of the playerbase once they hit their desired level. Why map for even an hour when you can enjoy the game?

" That's what I was thinking too, but the goal of the changes is to make it so you don't need towers to juice maps, so there's only so much they can do. As an idea I just now thought off the top of my head, maybe activating a tower would let you access any map in range exactly like The Grand Project, and if GGG didn't want TGP itself to be irrelevant then it could do something like increasing the range of maps accessible; either that or I guess just scrap TGP and make it baseline for towers. If nothing then else perhaps just a guarantee of multiple tablets would be good enough, rather than only 1. |

I hope one of the fixes is for the lag and freezes that happen lately. Didn't have this issue on Amazon or Witch. On mercenary, i can barely move. I literally move in frames.

Please don't make us have to run 0 revive maps just to get 3 tablets slotted. Theres just so much bullshit you can get killed by without seeing it for us to go back to 0.1 mapping to get the juice

Just bring back Zana and the old map device from poe1 circa 2015!! The actual map item defines what Mao you run and get rid of the shitty atlas overlay
