Encountered this just now. Varloch engaged but Avelyne is stuck in her perpetual danse macbre.

Same here, for the record my map was delirium instilled and I killed all rare mobs, thus completing the map, before trying to approach Varloch and the lady. They won't activate no matter what I do.

Avelyne is still dancing, Varloch is playing some kind of silent piano :(

Same here. Can't trigger either.
A bit sad knowing I had to collect the stones to unlock the map and now I can't even complete it. |
