Varloch, The Ashen Lord and Avelyne the Withered Rose bug

it seems that we can trigger them when we are really close to the boss area, making Avelyne chase us outside the area but not doing any damage/attacks.

This is bugged for me. I'm in the area, the 2 bosses are there, but the fight will not start.

Ok nevermind, I have the exact same problem as you.
Varloch finally decided to trigger, I killed him. But Avelyne is still not triggering, and now Im stuck in the Arena. She's dancing around and singing and nothing is happening.... |

Bugged for me also , im waiting inside arena but fight is not triggering and i cannot start boss fight
