Booted from beta access, even though I have a key

You know who abused it, Susan abused it so they could keep fresh accounts when old ones were banned. The solution would be to ban the main account that the shared account used... but they chose this.

With that said, my wife is now locked out and she can't use my account on PS5 while I play on PC.

If I buy her a license (Her her ps5 profile), will she regain access to her old account/characters or has she lost that account forever?

Just hit the wall tonight while trying to login on the same PS5 system ive been playing since the game release.

Ive bought the game on two systems, Steam and PS, on different accounts, and it worked perfectly until September (just got this policy change confirmed by GGG via email).

Feels like robbery, wont ever pay 3 times for the same game, even Blizzard couldnt do something so abusive.
