I like it as is.
Unless they allow going over level 100, no death penalty will make it too easy to reach max level and it also pushes players to ignore defence and go full glass cannon. I feel their should be consequences to not creating balanced builds as pushing full dps builds decreases the depth of the game, makes non offense stats junk and anything with defense stats become worthless.
