You're being naive. "Hitting the ON switch" ignores all the testing, QA, and potential bug fixes needed when new mechanics interact with legacy systems that don't exist in leagues anymore. That's not zero cost.

You’re displaying the limits of your ability to reason. All of this is already done at the end of a league. Nothing is added to the workload. That is zero cost.

Right, they do final adjustments after seeing how it performs in the intended environment.

And now they can do that exact same thing, but have more data at their fingertips. It’s that simple.

What you're proposing is implementing untested content simultaneously in both environments, which creates more variables and potential issues to track.

This doesn’t “create” any more work. It enhances GGG’s ability to detect problems.
Any news about Servers stability and performance ?

Oh, the irony. You think doing QA and bug testing for two different environments simultaneously is the same workload as doing it sequentially? That's not how software development works.

When they test at league end, they're working with known, stable mechanics. Your proposal means dealing with unknown interactions between untested league mechanics and legacy Standard systems in real-time, while also managing league balance. That's objectively more complex.

More data isn't always better data. Having two different datasets from fundamentally different environments doesn't enhance their ability to make clean balance decisions - it muddies the waters.

"Detect problems" means having to fix them too. Problems detected in Standard during active leagues still require developer attention and resources. You're not enhancing anything - you're adding another layer of complexity for minimal gain.

But hey, keep telling yourself this is about helping GGG when it's clearly about getting your preferred mode equal treatment it hasn't earned.
yes
If an issue is detected, then it already existed. Detecting problems doesn't create problems. It detects them. Children can grasp this basic understanding of Cause and Effect.
New class when?

We need pure dot class/spec . Not curse based bullshit builds. We also need dot that scales properly.

We need new weapons added. Prefer flail/axes.

We need new endgame content that is actually more fun than 24/7 map grinding , which requires hours of time invested in order to juice them properly.

We need proper crafting , not rng bullshit.

We need someone else in charge, someone who knows what players want.
