How much do you need to put big and fat on your players, knowing that you deliberately scored on 1 part, and again you do the same thing, ret in our ears.
The patch was not tested, apparently, from the word "absolutely", just to release it in this raw and poor form. 1 day in the game there is no new subclass — is this seriously how the AAA studio works now? Isn't it a shame for your investors? You spat in the players ' faces, disgraced yourself again with the servers, again with the patch, again with the balance. You kill builds, cut things that are not clear whether they work correctly or not, because you, as usual, shit yourself and did not do everything up to the WORKING requirements and quality of the PATCH. You have spent 6 years of development, and another 4 months after launch, you will only disgrace yourself by not fulfilling your promises, not making a high-quality product, even if it is early access, but it should not be worse and worse in implementation with each patch... POE2 is a burning dumpster fire, alienating some core and long-time players with gameplay nothing like POE1. The newness novelty is wearing off, everything is still too slow and you spend time nerfing everything in an already slow paced game. I don't believe that more than a minor few percent of the player base wanted a "Shiny New POE1", but they did not want a completely different Souls-like game that just so happens to follow the same IP.
And, to add insult to injury, you are completely ignoring the core game that got you here to even attempt this... experiment. I love you guys, GGG, you've made some amazing stuff over the years, but you really are snorkeling butts with POE2. Its not "fun" to play. Its a slow-burning JOB. PCs are SO DARN SLOW, and monsters are jet-fueled rockets. You got to figure this out, level the speed playing field. Or increase PC speed. I shouldn't have to read a guide from some spreadsheet huffing streamer to get meaningful DPS, but as it is there are so few "performing" meta builds, there is zero room to "wing it" and try things. I'm fine with a slower gameplay that poe1, but i don't feel the solution to larger areas is add more checkpoints, some act 3 areas feels needlessly big, the beautiful art and atmosphere feels dulled when you need to clear zones like Venom Cryps where you only need to fine one thing and go but map layout have so many death routes, The Azak bog have the same problem.
Honestly i think campaign will be more enjoyable if some zone get reduced a little bit, the average player doesn't go through the campaign like a speed runner, and taking to much time to complete the campaign can impact on replayability of leagues. P.D: pls make possible the ascendancy change, i don't wanna need to level up the exact same pj with the same skills for test a new build. |

Take parry out of the game. We are not fighting mobs one on one, it is a pack of mobs and you have to be facing the correct one when they are hitting you or you just end up taken and crap ton of damage. The parry mechanic and having to use it for a combo is for one on one fighting and you can't do that with a boss either because you are so under-geared the hit ends up taking most your life away.
This isn't Elden Ring or Darksouls, stop with this nonsense. There is a reason you are not swarmed with packs of mobs in a Darksouls game. You overrun us with packs of mobs that are way too fast to be using combos. On top of that why is it when I get hit I get (I actually don't know what to call it) staggered, which completely stops any attacks and combos and it stops the button we are hitting from registering, then have to stop pushing button and then hit it again. As we run away we are overwhelmed with even more mobs because we ran into another pack. As we run away we can't put space between us and the mobs we are fighting because they are 1500 percent faster. Dodging does nothing, it is now clunky and way too slow. You took our Herald fun away so we have no way of stunning, slowing, stopping mobs without hurting our already severely under powered characters. You give us crap loot throughout the story. I have yet to get a yellow spear drop. I had to buy it from a vendor, but yellow Quarterstaffs and Sepectors and Maces drop constantly. Almost as if the game knows I'm using a spear and says naw we are going make him struggle for no reason. My main weapon is a spear and that is what should be dropping. I still have yet to get a yellow shield to even use to parry as well. The loot system is a joke and needs to be fixed. Currently in Act III and immediately huge power surge from mobs. The mobs and bosses from the earlier Act drops crap loot. All blues and one useless yellow that I can't use. These mobs and bosses from the earlier Act should be dropping gear to set us up for the next Act. Literally trash loot throughout the entire campaign, this right here alone makes me not want to play the game. You are just grinding for no reason and making it harder and harder to progress. People are saying maps are too big because they aren't being properly rewarded for it. See loot problems above. Should we even mention getting stuck on random rocks or objects? Now they are talked about loot let's talk about currency and the lack of it. New league, better gear isn't dropping, currency isn't dropping. How do we go about getting better gear? We have to get one or the other to feel like we are actually progressing. Because the passive tree sure isn't making me feel like I'm getting powerful when every level I go up it seems the mobs go up a few more. You have white mobs one shotting people with basic attacks. This isn't a skill issue this is a lack of gear and currency drops. You still have other issues as well. When you die and get revived, your skills no longer work. You have to TP out then back in. Not fun when you are in a boss fight and can't do anything at all but die again. The passive tree no longer gives us the shift tab or thumbstick mods to see any info at all. It doesn't exist at all. You added low level uniques, where the hell are they? They should be dropping in low level areas for us to use, now when we are in Act 4-6 and are useless. Using the passive tree and selecting nodes along the way does not feel any different. There is no power creep feeling. Even when selecting a node that say 25 percent attacked speed or attack damage and it still doesn't do anything to the basic white mobs you are fighting because they are severally overpowered. 4 mobs run up on you and all hit you once before you can even click a button and wham your dead. They are hitting so fast and running so fast you can't do anything about it. This is why everybody was using clear the screen builds because you AI/mobs are trash. They can see me off screen and just run and attack with everything they got and you still have a ACT 1 spear 5-11 damage, like WTF. Please get in contact with the devs that did all the D4 patches and asked them how their big patches went. They reverted everything back to how it was because all they did was look at an excel sheet and moved sliders around in the game because it was overwhelmingly obvious they didn't play their own game . You have thousands of people telling you the same thing you are doing the opposite, why? Do some patches, get player feedback and adjust, FFS.
