Stone Citadel - "Map failed" bug, after clearing the entire map

same here. Someone mentioned in a previous post that this might be occurring when you kill the boss before clearing out the rares, but I don't think that's the case. This has happened at every citadel. I did a full clear before even entering the boss area. The only monster remaining when I hit that last checkpoint was the boss itself. Killed the boss and the map still shows "in progress". as soon as I open another waystone, the citadel shows failed.

Same for me! I clear everything, get the "Map complete" msg and then, "Map failed".

Just did my first 3 citadels full cleared and killed all bosses both the iron and stone citadel now say map failed on them .

Copper is correctly marked as completed .

Just logged in after "completing" Stone Citadel last night and even n after getting fragment...still says map failed

I was led to here by a "Search"....same problem as everyone else.
Im running the Stone Citadel as i type & coincidentally checked the "Main Map".
The Map Icon is RED & states "Map Failed", but im literally running it now, no deaths have occurred......yet :/
