Stone Citadel - "Map failed" bug, after clearing the entire map

Have both fragments from beating Doriyani, finished all the mobs on the map, but map failed. That's sucky.

Just completed an Iron Citadel and had the same issue. Killed the boss and received the loot etc but could not complete the map. It said I had one monster left but could not find it anywhere.

Just happened to me. Beat the Iron Citadel boss, killed all the rares, yet map is failed.

I have already completed 2 different citadels, completely clearing them and receiving fragments, but in the atlas the nodes are listed as failed
