Remove the FUCKING ON DEATH EFFECTS

It's not even "just" the on death effects, piercing meant I aggro'd something off screen and can't see it's cast as it's layered UNDER my spell effects and seemed to be underneath the grey delirium fog too.

That's the grey fog that obscures almost everything and to boot then gives anything a grey gradient so it just blends into the mass of bodies and spell effects.

I was constantly spazzing out moving so I'm not in the same location to be hit, at some point/due to potential on death effects and I must have been on it's edge, wandering back into the circle it cast.

Between this and the on death effects which while toned down, seem to do nothing but just delay you as you dance around any item for 10-30 sec before you can be sure it's safe to loot.

The RMT / economy being stuffed makes getting any more Max Life almost impossible, items with above +50 hp and a resist or 2 going for multiple divine.
Also, for example, if you a skeleton witch your in-game screen look like a sun when mobs are attacking you and you see nothing that can kill you on the ground (ice/fire mines, burning/shocking/chaos ground etc.)

Not even speaking about rare mobs explosion that you need to wait 10-20sec and gess 'can I loot now or wait another 10-20sec?'
Almost every enemy in game is a bomb or another enemy offscreen can make it a bomb :D

Some decisions in game makes me think they are not made for end game mapping. Or just pure insanity. On death effects and nearly invisible 5mm gap spiral chaos proj in smoke shrouded strongboxes? This is more like AI generated than human made :D

Yeah, on death sucks in PoE 2 but mostly due to massive amount of them in maps.

There could be 1 on death effect per map and that is still too many.

Suggestion: Lets simply take out all enemies out of the game.

No enemies, no death effects, no worries... so you guys can simply run through the ares and pick up the loot carefully placed all over the map.

And when I say carefully than I mean really carefully....not that the character accidentally die while picking up the loot, because it's to near to to a campfire f.e. (also take out all the death penalties pls, for the case that this happens). ^^

I literally only die to On Death Effects. 92 Spark Sorc and it has me basically on the verge of quitting. It’s such absolute trash gameplay. 1 portals too. EAD.

Good luck getting pity as a spark sorc lol. You're not wrong though.
Yep. Tired of dying to this lazy, cheap-ass mechanic. Half the time it's impossible to see which monsters are on screen because it's so crowded, let alone which ones will explode when they die. There's enough about this game that's luck based. I'm done till they remove/fix this.

That's kind of a huge problem with this game balance tought.

Since you have so much sustain with mana and Es the only way to die is litteraly by one shot. So hey, at least you know you're not invincible.
I think there needs to be some form of punish for the zoomers cruising maps. I just don't think it should be an on death effect. All this does is cause us to develop a twitch around all deaths that makes the gameplay not fun.
