High latency spikes in Path of Exile 2 - Need help

Same problem here. I tested my connection with the other online games. No problem, gameplay is smooth, without any issue.
PoE2 is unplayabel today, and only PoE2.

It's 19;54 atm and yet no lag spikes... maybe something changed. Hmmm. Amsterdam Proxy.

i may have found a fix it worked for me.

flush your DNS cache

Right click on the start menu and choose "Command Prompt (Admin)" or "Windows PowerShell (Admin)" from the menu.
• Type in the command "ipconfig /flushdns".
• Press the Enter key on your keyboard.
