The same on my end. I am leaving the instance stay in hopes it gets fixed for now but it is unlikely. From what I've seen so far starting a new run will likely end in the same way at the start of floor 4.

Same issue occurred for me on the 4th trial, start of the last floor (test of time). Extremely frustrating because this takes forever.
