POE2 Failed to create resource for texture
Hey Guys I started getting this error with recent Nvidia update. Using a 3080 Ti on Windows 11
Rolled back to my previous drivers using this step and now it's working again. To roll back an NVIDIA driver to a previous version, you can: Click Start Click Control Panel Click Performance and Maintenance Click System Select the Hardware tab Click Device Manager Double-click on Display Adapters Double-click on your NVIDIA GPU Select the Driver tab Click Roll Back Driver Rolled back Version is 32.0.15.5612 6/25/2024. The one time I take the time to update drivers and it screws everything up... |

What if "Roll Back Driver" is not clickable? Do we have to have a previous version of the driver already downloaded?

I had the same problem which appeared suddenly, previously I had set my monitor refresh rate to 60hz with vsync enabled as another way to cap the foreground fps.

Didn't happen at all when I played prior to Dec 28. After I came back from holidays, it's been happening regularly (3x in the last 3 days since returning).

I have similar issues, sometimes the game would partially hang (locked), other times the visuals are locked, but background noise still can be heard, and recently the game exits abruptly with the log entries below:

I had a similar problem and this fixed it
https://youtu.be/KxK9j1GU-gw?si=aKYnlt5JIv2S8QYB The only thing I did from the video was change the shader cache size in Nvidia control panel from default to 100gb. There's timestamps in the description so you can skip to this. Haven't had a crash since I did this and other people saying it fixed their stutter issues and raised fps.
