PoE 2 - Weapon Set Passives allocation bug

Yeah I've been getting this also, and i just tried the have a passive point available method and it wants to consume both :/

Same issue with me it really is frustrating me to no end, I cant figure it out. I really believe it is bugged. Wish they would have fixed this in the patch.

I'm also seeing this issue. On a level 12 witch, my first character and I've leveled up twice since allocating two passive skill points from weapon set 1. I'm now unable to allocate anymore skill points, whether that's weapon set 1 or 2. I have an indicator on my HUD for 3 passive skill points available. Logging out and back in didn't fix it.

I'm having the same issue. 2 weapon set passives just stuck.
Refunded and tried reallocation. Didn't work.
I'll see if getting new ones fixes the bug

Issue still exists, no matter if I refund global points that are on both trees to try to allocate them to connected separate, no matter which weapon set I choose or overall - can not allocate new points. Sometimes you can but most of the time its bugged and nothing helps.

I think what's happening is that the weapon set points are not -additional- points, they are a way of making use of normal passive points conditional. So if I have 4 available passive points, and 4 weapon set points, I can allocate those 4 regular points differently depending on which weapon set is equipped. It doesn't mean I have 8 to allocate.

It's confusing, and not sure if it is 'supposed' to work that way, but it does make sense in this light.

My tree is bugged and won't let me unlock the jewel slot right in my wayndespite having points and a jewel.

What seems to happen is this. When you use the books to get weapon set skill points it pops up and shows that you have points to spend, and it shows it like you have both normal points AND weapon set points to spend. So it lets you spend those points like normal points, but then doesn't decrease the number of weapon set points it shows. So even though it shows you have weapon points left, you can't use them because you've already used them as normal points.

I have a similar issue: I can't allocate all of my Weapon 1 passives. I can go up to 4 (10), but then it stops working, even though I still have 4 points left. Also, it is quite unclear which passives belong to Weapon 1 and which ones are from the main branch.

Same issue here, since their first appearance i have 2 points in Weapon Set 1 that i cannot allocate.

Tried all kinds of resets and respecs, it always ends up with 2 unusable points.
