Cruel act 2 Ascent to power quest and uninterractable ascendancy shrine

Been waiting for a fix.. they're awfully quiet for a bug that has 89 pages.

didnt get quest item killed boss multiple times and cleared area etc

Cleared entire zone, killed boss a couple times, quest never progresses

Also have the Djinn Barya lvl 56 in my inventory saying to take it to Trial of Skhemas. Clearing the Traitor' Passage as mentionned in the Quest, but no way to ascend (already have 4 points).
On the Cruel Act 2 map, Trial of Sekhemas still has only level 22 monsters (as on normal difficulty).

Me too. Cannot progress this quest in cruel.
