POE 2 Complete PC Freeze while loading screen

Is it fixed ? Been playing for a while now, loading screens seem fine. Been running the game without poeuncrasher since the patch was deployed and seems to work. Inb4 jinx.

That "POTENTIAL" fix for the crash affecting players on Windows 24H2 didnt fix shit for me. I cant play this game for anymore than 5m until i crashed to my desktop.

is anyone else having the issue of when you open your POE 2, the monitor starts to black screen on random scenarios for 2 seconds or so? ex. fullscreening a yt video blacks out my monitor for 2 seconds like its trying to change resolution or something, when tabbing out it black screens for 2 seconds etc, any fixes? am i the only one? lol

Post patch I just ran 4x T15 maps and a level 80 trial... no freeze crashes when portaling.
I'm optimistic yet remain skeptical that it is a permanent fix but fingers crossed! |

" Words matter here. From this statement, it would seem the crash issue wasn't some specific issue, but a collection of issues contributing to the overall crashing. This would be why "fixes" would work for some, but not others and vice versa. My take? It's progress, and a full admission that they're aware of the issue and actively working to solve it. That makes sense. This is their source of revenue. No competent company, and I see GGG as one, would make a game just to make some initial cash (while opening themselves up to possible litigation i.e. Cyberpunk 2077) and just run away. So, no promises THIS patch will take care of everyone, but if it helps some of the players, then it's progress and hope for more players. Keep making your voices heard to help get the game you really do want. Oh, and the character rename? Chef's kiss! Saved me countless hours of picking the wrong ascendancy for that character's name (yes, I'm picky about the name matching the ascendancy). I was tempted to redo dozens of levels on a character just because the wrong name for it would just make my eye twitch thinking about it. Works flawlessly with zero hassle.
