I don't think gimping your res caps/attributes for 3 charms is worth it. I run just the stun charm and it works well enough for me.

Also want to thank everyone here and monik especially for everything related to the build. I think this is my favorite build rn between the three I have. I'm about 2.9k mana 2.1k es and at a point where every gear upgrade will be at least 10 divs. Maps are a breeze but I am still too scared of simulacrum haha.

I incorporated Blink into monik's setup which leaves me with no soul offering which is kinda annoying but I can always take off grim feast for pinnacles.

You can take out Grim Feast not only for pinnacles btw. There is a support gem - Shock Siphon, 4% ES gain on killing a shocked enemy. Counters Burning Ground/no regen really well. You will lose some ES pool, but will have more reliable ES recovery and can keep offering. Fairly easy to fit in Frost Wall, way harder in Frostbolt.

Also, Simulacrum is actually a thing that would require 2-3 charms belt =) There isn't only the stun here. Chilling/freezing is damn dangerous. Icebreaker won't help with 2.1k ES.

I think you are right. I lost again out of nowhere. Now that I use your tree, I have less ES, only 1690 and 3800 Mana. Depending on the map mods, I can get one shot by random rares. I wanted to fit canibalism but I have only 14 Spirit left.

Not sure how to make myself more tanky.

I am super confused.

I removed all my gears and have -35% Fire -35% Cold and -45% Lightning.

Did I do something wrong in the story to have -45% Lightning or is it a passive that I cant see.

Get more damage.

I have 0 ES right now, 1 life, 6.1k mana. I can do all content bc of damn big damage I have.

Previously, I had 1.3k Es and 4k mana. I still was doing all content bc of the damage I had (and it was not the biggest out of dudes in this thread). And some tricks like damn Bludgeon in Frost Wall for Simulacrum.

+10% res is Act 2 The Spires of Deshar - Sisters of Garukhan bonus rewards. Some statues.

Getting expedition atlas points is cancerous AF. You won't get boss at every logbook you run.

Thanks, I just went there and I forgot to get the 10% resist buff. That will help.

I noticed I chose chaos resistance in Act 5 though instead of attributes. That sucks. But no way to change now.

Do you get additional -resistance with waypoint 5 and 10 to a base of -60%?
I rode that online but I cant check.
If that is the case, I would need to target 95% in all resistance.

That would explain why I die to lightning always. (I have just 76)

Hmm I suppose the biggest issue with shock siphon is that you lose the extra es pool, even though recovery is better.

Would you say even a 4.2k pool isn't enough to prevent freeze in simulacrum? I suppose in simulacrum it might be better to just run freeze charm over stun since at least chain stunning is rarer with high temporal chains (Would need +stun buildup +curse res +haste or something like that)

What would you say is a big turning point in shifting to lightning/spark? Do you need at least dream fragments and an all spells level wand? Maybe even ingenuity before switching?

No they changed that last patch where the res goes down to -40 at start of maps and doesn't go down further. But you can get ele pen curse/monsters can have ele pen/freeze buildup on the map modifiers.
