[3.24] Ice Shot / Lightning Arrow Deadeye (Or Tornado Shot) - 400%+ MS, League Start Viable!

Been playing this build and its going very well. I respec'd my points a few days ago to get lethal pride/fervour/Survivalist but just in case added the PoB link again today and this time there's no more lethal pride jewel and instead you opted into that southern Graceful Assault/Freedom of Movement/Farsight area. Should I respec again? I'm currently level 84 and on a low-ish budget.

How do you craft the flasks and get those mods?

" don't bother respecing if you already have a lethal pride, just blast some maps and catch those points youre missing instead |

" buy ilvl 84 base flasks and roll with alteration / augment until you're happy with what you got, just know that a significant amount of your defenses come from flask so you should at least try to hit T1 on the suffixes. |

any news on the charms suggetions? I saw some with power charges crit. multi that I think are really good (I have 4 power charges)

can someone explain pls , I don't understand why "Berserk" doesn't work for me? when i hit enemy i can't get "Rage" from "Warlord's mark" ? What i do wrong? HELP

So Beserk doesn't work at all if using charms then?

damn, Berserk kinda sucks...it happens very rarely. Stuns from Wardlord Mark it is very difficult to obtain.
