An unexpected disconnect occured

ok i changed the server from europe to america and it worked - i was in the queue. so i pressed cancel switched back to europe and im able to login again. hope this helps.

I play on europe, too btw. I tried relogging to america, nothing helps. It's just random it seems. I got back in after 30 minutes, with a queue. I actually start liking the queue, because when that shows up at least i get in.. well not always. Sometimes i wait from spot 16000 or so and then i finally get to choose my char, i click "play" aaaaaaaand... im back in the login screen.

Also having disconnections at authentication. Tried changing region to no avail. Attempting to log in from Western Australia.

UPDATE: Posted this and went to log in again. Go figure it worked 1st time! Hope people with this issue persisting get back on soon!

Its a Beta, there will be errors. Don't like the numbers of bugs in a FREE game that's in BETA? If so, then find something else to do with your time. GGG have produced a kick-arse game here, and given it away for TESTING and enjoyment.

Glad to know I am not alone in this. Happens to me. I could play 15 mins or a few hours sometimes. It is getting a little on my nerves. I hope the Devs figure this out.

i didnt have this issue until about 2 days ago but im having major issues when going from one map to another 15-20 seconds i sit there until map loads. then i either get booted to the log in screen or it will let me play for a bit. lag spike/death it lags going from where i died to reviving in town. as soon as town shows up, im booted to the log in screen. checked my net its working fine. just made sure all everything on pc is up to date as well. playing on american server. keep getting "unexpected disconnect has occurred".

I am also having this problem. It seems to be most likely to happen when transitioning to an area that needs to load.

I have a problem. I've registered yesterday and today I'm trying to start game. The game client was downloaded properly, the same all updates but I can't login to my account from client level. Whatever I try to do I have information "Specified account does not exist". It's not firewall problem because I've switched it off. Can anyone help me?

still happening "unexpected disconnect has occurred" i have verified that my internet is working fine. the map loading has improved but im still getting dc'd so often that its made the game unplayable.

Yep,random disconnects,sudden lagg spikes and all that good stuff,honestly,i don't see how someone can properly play on HC,my ms goes on normal bases from 40 to 110,that is a clear indicator that it's a server-side issue.

The saddest thing is that stuff like this u'd expect back in 90s when multi-player really started to kick in,and devs had no real grasp on what to expect,but now? the game developers are gods,the game is proper arpg,however whoever is responsible for servers,should be fired.

dudes, u can play 5 minutes ?? cool !!! i can play 10seconds !!! and then i get the error msg, "an unexpected error has occured" yeah i know, its unexpected 4 me too. this happens everytime. Im still at the start location and killed 4 zombies, hell yeah ! what a game...
