An unexpected disconnect occured
I checked MTR and it looks fine. Maybe if game servers were somewhere in Europe and not in Dallas it would solve the issue. Not sure.

" There are game servers in both Dallas and Amsterdam. Please try selecting the "Europe" gateway if you haven't already. Doing so will put you on the european servers. |

" Yes, I did select Europe, and after checking client.txt I connected to 159.253.137.130 and up to 134, which all of those (correct me if I'm wrong) are in Dallas. " I googled the IP :)) Well if it's not the server then it must by my wireless internet connection or below par laptop. Thanks anyway. The wait is over. " Nope those are in Amsterdam. What made you think they're in Dallas? |

Erm...I guess there is a forum bug as Shirotashi's reply to Thomas actually appears before Thomas's post! Either that or Shirotashi is psychic.

" I wish :) I just edited my post with a quote after Thomas posted his answer :) The wait is over.

Hi guys,
I'm getting the exact same error message now too. Everything was working fine yesterday but when I try and login today I get to the player selection screen then when I hit "play" I get the error message. |

Same problem here. I get an unexpected disconnection randomly since i've started to play. I can play from 30 minutes to an hour and a half before the game window loses focus, and when I open it back up, I have a "Unexpected disconnection occured" message.

" What is causing your client to loose focus? If your client doesn't respond for ~7 seconds while it's out of focus, it may disconnect you because it assumes your connection was lost. If you bring the F1 interface up, can you tell me your average latency, and if it spikes when this happens? Balance & Design
