Reworked version - T17 viable

This new version is a massive improvement on the build, finally. It is dangerous, daring and rewarding.

1- A 2nd Ming's Heart ring for massive chaos damage (up to 144% phys as extra chaos with both rings).

2- A 2nd rare dagger, replacing the Bino : more speed, more DPS

3- Lethe Shade Keystone for defence against DoT. We are already immune to elem ailments, and have good protection against poison and bleeding.

4- Ashes of the Stars amulet. Why didn't think to use it for this build sooner ? This amulet offers several bonuses that are pretty busted :

- Blade Flurry : Up to 50% more dmg at max stage (up from 20%). Hence the increased importance of quickly getting to 6th stages.
- Petrified Blood : 13% of dmg you take from hits simply vanish in thin air.
- Purity of Elements : additional elem res
- Punishment : enemies Debilitated for longer
- War Banner lasts longer
- Whirling Blades whirls faster !

- With Cospri's Will, don't forget your life mastery : "15% inc max life if body armour has no life mods". (How could I forget to use it ?...)

In a way, it is all what the Nightblade should have been for years : a true master of shadowy fights that can assassinate bosses.

With 80% Evasion, 100% spell suppression, ~20% chance to avoid hits and delayed dmg from Petrified Blood, you have powerful layers of defenses.

Currently working on completing a Simulacrum. So far stuck on wave 13/15, two attempts so far.

I have replaced my annoint from Ambidexterity (60% dmg, 30% AS), to Excess Sustenance (15% chance to regain 200 life on hit). This has already shown plenty of cases in game where I should have died, but survived because of this notable.

The damage is there, but I still need a way to deal with Kosis' oneshot auto-attacks. Steelskin has already been upgraded to 21/20, now I just need to hit next level and take the mastery for 15% life from Cospri's Will. Then will test further simulacrums after.

Sorry for maybe a stupid question, but doesn't the fact that the build above has 54% unreserved life (together with 55% low life mastery) mean that it isn't constantly leeching anymore (with leech stacks being removed upon reaching full unreserved life)? Or, even if so, that's fine?

Another question I had was whether it's actually worth it to level up CWDT and Steelskin all the way up to 20... At the moment, I've been running around with 4 and 12 to keep it proc more frequently, but now that I see in all these PoBs they're both at 20 I'm getting a bit confused

(Also, why Momentum is better than Bloodthirst?)

1- Momentum/Bloodthirst : with BF, you get 25% more dmg per stage and then 20% more at 6th stage (50% with a perfect rolled Ashes of the Stars, as I've just realized). So you want to reach 6th stage fast. This is why, on the paper, Bloodthirst may grant more DPS, but with Momentum you reach 6th stage faster, where all the juice is.

2- Steelskin. Should we use CwDT+ Steelskin 20/20, or choose a 4/12 setup that will proc more frequently ? I'm not sure. I'd need to test.

3- Leech on low-life. You're right. I should use a level 19 Vitality to get 55% unreserved life. I'd get a little bit more leech. I'll just do that.

Simulacrum attempt #3

Hit 2 more levels in order to grab 23% increased max life from tree. 2167 life. Still getting one tapped by Kosis here and there. I'm not any good at bossing but starting to believe he needs to be kited or something, idk. did make it to wave 14 though with only 1 portal used up until then, which is a big improvement since last attempt.

I was more randomly one-hit killed by some rares on steroids. Couldn't even see their attacks coming.

Tried a Flawless Breachstone of Esh, but didn't go far : with 250% more monster life and 30% reduced dmg taken from crit, I simply couldn't kill them fast enough.

Thanks, at the moment I see two ways this could be achieved.
Either grab two more levels and take additional 10% max life from the tree.

Or - and this might be more doable if it's just for the sake of completing the simulacrum - somehow fit in an arctic armour in the build. 21% phys/fire dmg mitigation (or 32% with a chestpiece) added to all the other defensive layers we already have should stop the one taps from happening. Unless I figure something out, it will most likely result in taking off the Cospri's, and putting on the Snowblind Grace. Replacing one of the curses in my blasphemy setup with the Arctic Armour.
