I cannot progress past Niko's Fuel quest as well.

I think the problem arises if you don't speak with Niko in a1 |

There were some changes made earlier that fixed some of these situations, but we'll be investigating these most recent reports, thanks.
Has any exile really been far even as decided to use even go want to do look more like?
