Cannot complete Niko's Fuel or Niko's Mine

Group member was stuck on "Talk to Niko" and couldn't access the Voltaxic generator. Nothing would advance. Niko wouldn't spawn in the world map, either. We played as a group since the start.

We solved this problem by entering the Azurite mine using the *door* to the right of Niko (NOT the chart) and completing one cart segment. When she exited the quest advanced.

Im having the same issue with Niko's Fuel, unable to complete the quest with no options in his dialogue. Fortunately, I dont think its stopping me from progressing because I can still purchase flares and upgrades. I did notice that after I spent all of my fuel moving the cart around, the quest reverted back to "Collect 5 fuel". After popping another vein and getting 5/5, I am still unable to complete. This is my 3rd character this league, zero issues with the first two. Im trying to think back to act 1 if I talked to him after popping my first ever vein, and I dont think that I actually did, maybe this is the problem?

Same for me. Luckyly everythign works. But I cant shake the feeling I a missing a keypart/quest of the game. Hope they fix it, because I dont want to rerole my char.

I'm stuck on 'talk to niko' (Niko's mine) and upgrade light radius (Shrinking light). Doing either of these things won't progress the quests.

This worked for me! I had a ! over the voltraxic generator. All i had to do was to buy a flare and a dynamite! Thanks!!

Edit: I was stuck on "Nikos mine"- quest where i needed to gather azurite to buy flares & dynamite.
