Couldn't find it in the starters post but is this build viable as a league starter and if so do you have any tips on leveling (tree, skills to use)?
I guess the swap over is when you have at least one poets pen. |

I played this last league, and followed the end game tree. As far as order, I mostly focused on the spell/lightening damage nodes and only grabbed es as needed. I didn't have too much trouble as es build. Did have to buy some 1 alc es rares periodically.
Sometimes you have to use Solaris Lorica or Coruscating Elixir until you get shavronnes. Wasn't that hard, but if you are new or trying to speed run its not the perfect starter. Its fun if yo don't mind a little challenge. Zuletzt bearbeitet von onufer#1073 um 07.12.2018, 15:14:19

Poets pens are expensive. I have used reverberation rod for leveling. acts as a 4 link with spell echo. also has +1 to arc level.
Pledge of Hands is okay if you still don't have poets pens at level 68. |

" i am personnaly using two moonsorrow wands with a 4link arc on my boots instead of the frenzy. Guys beware, there is veil mod "trigger socketed spell when using a skill" but the cooldown is 5seconds ! Don't waste your chaos on this it doesn't work. |

" They are also one of the best - if not THE best - leveling items out there. It is kinda unsurprising that they are really expensive right now. As the league will go on they will drop in price quite a bit I think. With bestiary back in the game you can target-craft them etc. (craft unique wand) which should help the price. |

It's gonna take some luck to get them from the beast though :)
For those interested you can drop the cards in museum and academy. It seems from POB that enlighten lvl 3 and blood magic lvl 20 are enough to run both discipline and purity with the vertex. Might even be possible to have blood magic lvl 19 ? Could someone confirm this please? Damn i finally manage to buy one pen, feels good :) I assume shavrone is not necessary at the moment since i have the solaris lorica. Regarding the lightning warp setup. With the 3 gems at lvl 20 is it fast enough to use like a shield charge spam? Or should i stick to my quicksilver flasks? " Yes I was running my auras with blood magic at level 19, though I believe I decided to put it in my vertex at the time. The real issue I am currently having is finding someone who has the 3 socket crafting recipe... spent a couple hours trying different nodes in delves but I haven't managed to find it yet. |
