BM + now is only on 35%hp(not 10 or 15% more hp like we ask GGG,old builds use BM cos mana cost of 6-L cyclone was insane)
now u can use 6-l cyclone on 0.4%!!! mana leech only with 200 mana easy, so:
1. u can use Enfeeble or Temp CH for defence or Vulnerability for dmg < if u have +1 curse u can use 2 of this
2. Damage on full life - superb gem for this build on this class
3. Daressos amulet( BIS ammul for this build) DMG

1) I still use Vulnerability thx to Impresence Amulet, for free reservation, I only lack enfeeble/Temp chain, but I compensate for the lack of this curse with the superior amount of life granted by BM nodes.
2) Because of no life reservation, Damage on full life also triggers with BM, even with an active bloodrage.
3) The only thing is Daresso's amulet, but i feel that 60% increased damage did not scale that well honeslty when I tried it! Impresence Amulet has also some nice flat phys damage, life, and armor, which is not bad at all imho

that is why BM sux for Dmg on full life - and real effective dmg on my build and ur char is huge, and u forget why Daressos is BIS - +2 melee range, not 60% dmg

I don't have +1 curses yet, so I really only run vulnerability. I was thinking about swapping in Arctic Armour in the helm in place of Enfeeble. Any reason I should not do this?

The whole point and pros of daresso's amulet are pointed out in the guide quite clearly: +2 range is invaluable in the first place, then we get 60% damage and 10% movespeed which are literally insane for us (since we are ALWAYS on full life), and then we get 2 nice resists for free. No other ammy even comes closer to such bonuses for cyclone slayer, period. this ammy is only a buff, buff and a buff again. 5/6 of the amulet rolls are great for us, 3 of them are pretty much invaluable. No really sure how can it "not scale well".
Then you are talking about impresence free mana reservation and that you lack enfeeble - come on, you still need dualcurse somewhere to run both, and if you don't have it - you are still with the same vulnerability only, where your point about impresence becomes invalid, since using BM on this build is useless really.

Could this passive layout do ok in Endgame? This is what i was thinking about trying.

It does way more damage then Disfavour, less of Ahfack'S Hate Splitter though, if you can afford to mirror it

Why is BM useless in this build?... I mean, life is important for 2 reasons, survivavibility and to increase your maximum life leech rate which is affected by maximum life. BM is even stronger with starforge (+100 life) and impresence +70 life. I will try again to cut BM and test my survivability without double curse... but BM seems to me a pretty easy way to get tons of life for only 4 passive points. Ofc if you have double curse daresso's you can achieve the tankiness with enfeeble, but i really cant spend 130 ex on it. Is half a mirror...
