I just want to know where you all are finding that 9th power charge. 3 base, 3 from nodes and 2 from dual wand is 8 right? Or is there a new unique I've missed somewhere?

that wand would be alright for discharge but the REAL insane mode would be a critical cold snap build...
Too bad I literally JUST respec'd out of it to go EA... unfortunately even if I did keep that build I wouldn't be able to afford 2 of these that would make it beyond insanely OP IGN: OldManBalls (Warbands)
